The concept of My Elegant Cottage grew from a desire to offer my customers new furniture that is comparable to the quality pieces I reupholster for them. I spent a year evaluating manufacturers and found a family owned shop in Hickory, North Carolina that has been producing custom furniture since 1993. Each piece is handcrafted one at a time by skilled craftsmen & craftswomen. Customized with any of our thousands of fabrics, your Elegant Cottage furniture will last for generations.
